Insurance Quote Requests and E-SIGN

When you submit a request for information (an "inquiry") through this website, a representative will contact you, most likely by telephone at the phone number you provided. The representative will ask you for additional information. The insurance premium rate quotes provided to you through this website are for pricing comparisons and quotation estimate purposes only. The insurance rate quotes provided are based on the information you provide us and general assumptions that may or may not be applicable to you and are subject to change at any time. These rate quotes do not constitute an offer of insurance, nor is any contract, agreement, or insurance coverage implied, formed or bound by the provision of rate quotes. Insurability, final insurance premium rate quotes and an offer of insurance, if any, will be determined by after speaking with an insurance agent. You must contact the agent directly to obtain a quote for binding purposes.

Insurance Quote Request services are provided by EZLynx. Their Terms of Use are incorporated herein by reference.

E-SIGN Information: In order to better serve you, Paddio Insurance may provide you with certain records and communications ("Communications") in electronic format. By submitting an inquiry, you hereby consent to receive these Communications in electronic format. You have the right to receive Communications on paper or in a non-electronic format. You also have a right to withdraw your consent to receive the Communications in electronic format. This consent applies to the entire loan process. Some Communications will only be available to you and provided by Paddio Insurance in paper form, and a representative will indicate that at the appropriate time. Your decision to receive Communications in a paper or non-electronic format will have no impact or bearing on our decision to extend a firm offer of credit to you.

If you desire only paper copies of the Communications, if you wish to withdraw your consent to receiving electronic Communications, or if you desire paper copies of Communications you have previously received, please contact customer service at 833-919-1177 or email insurance@paddio.com so that we may update your information accordingly.

Terms Applicable to Insurance Request Services

Paddio Insurance does not endorse, recommend, or steer consumers to any specific insurance product that we offer, nor do we guarantee approval on any loan product. You make the ultimate decision on the product that is best for your individual financial situation.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Paddio Insurance, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

The Paddio Insurance name, the Paddio Insurance logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Paddio Insurance or its affiliates or licensors. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
